MRC60p - 6 brushes

Cane cleaning machine, consisting of 4 traction modules, 3 scraping modules with 6 12" steel-brass brushes, with electronic traction speed control, with fully adjustable scraping.
With 6 brushes, the cane has a better finish than with 4 brushes, and the cane can be passed only once with excellent performance.
Production:Up to 150 dozen per hour - 1800 canes (average 2.50 meters) or 2250 kg/hour.

MRC80p - 8 brushes

Cane cleaning machine, consisting of 5 traction modules, 4 scraping modules with 8 12" steel-brass brushes, with electronic traction speed control, with fully adjustable scraping.
With 8 brushes, the cane has the best finish of all machines, with gradual and homogeneous scraping, with maximum productivity and quality control for the most existing distributors.
Production:Up to 200 dozen per hour - 2400 canes (average 2.50 meters) or 3000kg/hour.

DESCRIPTION OF MODULES:

 

The scraping module is composed of shielded motors that drive two independent steel brushes. This module is self-adjusted to the diameter of the cane by springs, making irregularities equally clean. This automatic adjustment allows any type of cane to be scraped, from the thinnest to the thickest, straight or crooked. The brushes are placed against each other, allowing even the most crooked canes to be fully scraped. There is also an adjustment that moves the brush closer or further away from the sugar cane rail, so you can use the brush until the end of its life.

The traction module is composed of polyurethane wheels, a rubber-like polymeric material, which move the cane without damaging its surface and are wear-free, more resistant and adherent than the old steel or iron rollers. The wheels are also self-adjusting for all cane diameters, and guarantee a firm and precise movement, without slipping. It has a geared motor driven by a frequency inverter, an easy-to-operate electronic device that changes the traction speed to adapt to a better scraping finish. All the tracks where the cane travels are free of points where it can be stuffed or blocked by means of funnels, which allows the cane not to undergo great efforts that could break or crush it.
